“Masyarakat karena tidak tahu akhirnya muncul persoalan,” kata Lukman Muchtar, Wakil Ketua DPRD Lobar mengungkapkan hasil reses di Kecamatan Gerung, Lembar dan Sekotong baru-baru ini.

Hanya bermodalkan fotokopi daftar tunggu pelanggan pasang baru PLN, sindikat calo listrik ini mendatangi rumah-rumah warga dan menjanjikan listrik bisa segera terpasang. Sebelumnya, Lukman menuturkan, warga Desa Sukamakmur memang sudah mendaftar pemasangan sambungan baru di PLN, namun mereka tidak mengetahui masuk dalam daftar tunggu dan adanya program PLN tentang satu juta sambungan baru di seluruh Indonesia, dengan jatah untuk wilayah NTB sebanyak 13.508 pelanggan pasang baru. “Masyarakat tidak tahu dan ini yang dimanfaatkan calo,” kata Ketua DPC PBB Lobar ini.

Lukman meyakini praktek calo listrik ini tidak saja terjadi di Sukamakmur, tapi bisa jadi juga di desa lain. Anggota dewan dua periode dari daerah pemilihan Gerung, Lembar dan Sekotong ini berharap, pihak PLN tidak saja mengeluarkan program satu juta sambungan baru, tapi juga menurunkan tim untuk memantau, memberikan pemahaman dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat guna menghindari terjadinya praktek percaloan seperti yang sudah terjadi sekarang ini. “Seluruh warga Desa Sukamakmur bahkan siap untuk dimintai keterangan,” imbuh Vokalis Giri Menang ini, dan berencana mengundang pihak PLN untuk mengadakan dengar pendapat mengenai persoalan ini.
