Jakarta,Tambangnews.com .- Menteri Keuangan Agus Martowardojo akan meminta Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) untuk mengaudit saham 24% PT Newmont Nusatenggara yang telah kuasai oleh Daerah dan PT Multicapaital.

"Kami akan pertimbangkan BPK untuk mengaudit saham 24% di Pemerintah Daerah, dan mohon direksi dari anak perusahaan yang ingin cepat jawab suruh pelajari dulu dokumen. Nanti kaget-kaget kalau sudah diaudit, karena nantinya ingin cepat-cepat jawab tapi belum pelajari dokumen." jelas Agus.

Dijelaskannya banyak isue yang harus dituntaskan misalnya isue pembayaran dividen Newmont dari Bumi Resources ke daerah, isue Peraturan Daerah (Perda) tentang pembentukan PT Multi Daerah Bersaing (PTMDB) yang baru disahkan setelah perusahaan lahir.

Seperti diketahui persoalan divestasi saham 24% PTNNT dianggap bermasalah oleh berbagai kalangan, bahkan laporan ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) tentang adanya indikasi kerugian negara akibat kebijakan tiga Pemda di NTB. Selain itu, keberadaan PTMDM juga sedang digugat Class Action oleh beberapa anggota DPRD Sumbawa dan Sumbawa Barat.(sn01)
