Commercial Manager

Requirements

• Master Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent qualifications

• Five years experience in Commercial roles

• Experience with Indonesian Commercial Taxation Law

• Strong Communication Skills and English proficient

• Skills in managing the relationships between the Managers

  Managing and developing the Finance and Commercial functions

• Managing the development of Commercial Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecasts, Effective cost control and capital evaluation

• Managing the relationships from a financial perspective between the Board, Department Managers, General Manager

• Managing the provision of the effective management and Financial Accounting services

• Performing the duties of Company Secretarial duties for the Board meeting and company register and legal documents
